Bright apartment located on one of the most famous streets in the historic center, parallel to the famous Calle Larios. Its numerous windows offer views of the city center. Exceptionally located next to Plaza de la Constitución and the charming Plaza de las Flores. Ideal for walking to all the city's monuments, museums, and attractions, as well as its most well-known corners.
It features all the amenities: WIFI, TV, hot/cold air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an elevator.

It has a bathroom with a shower, an electric water heater, and a hairdryer. Situated on a street that perfectly preserves the buildings of 19th-century Malaga, highlighting the value of several of them. It is one of the most important streets in the city, next to the charming Plaza de las Flores and Calle Larios, which runs parallel to it. The pleasant views of the city from the apartment's many windows stand out.
