À propos de cette location de vacances
Your Own Slice of Florida Paradise: Private Studio, Hot Tub and Room for Everyone
Welcome to your Pompano Beach escape! This brand-new, fully furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 full kitchens. It's just 3 miles from the beach and gives families, groups and couples plenty of space and privacy.
A RETREAT FOR EVERYONE UNDER ONE ROOF
The home is built for flexible group stays. The main house is the gathering place for shared meals and time together. The private studio has its own entrance and kitchen and can lock off from the main house. That makes it a good fit for grandparents, a second family, older kids or anyone who wants a quiet space of their own. With two kitchens, there's no waiting in line for coffee in the morning or crowding around one stove at dinner.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-twin bunk bed, great for kids
• Bedroom 3 (Private Studio): Queen bed, with its own entrance, kitchen and lock-off
LAUNDRY
Stay as long as you like and pack light. The main house has a washer and dryer, and the studio has its own washer/dryer combo, so each group can do its own laundry.
YOUR BACKYARD OASIS
After a day at the beach, stay in and enjoy the private backyard:
• Soak under the stars in the hot tub
• Gather around the firepit
• Fire up the BBQ and eat together at the outdoor dining area
• Relax in the hammocks
• Play the outdoor games with the whole group
BRING YOUR TOYS AND YOUR PETS
• RV and boat parking is available, which is rare for vacation rentals in the area
• Your pets are welcome too (pet fee applies)
LOCATION
You're about 3 miles from Pompano Beach's sandy shoreline and a short drive from Deerfield Beach, with local dining, shopping and groceries close by. You get a relaxed neighborhood feel with the coast right around the corner.
