The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite, two modern bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, a large private garden of 65 m2 equipped with cosy garden furniture and a barbecue.

Designed for your comfort in all seasons, the apartment has reversible air conditioning in each room and a fireplace, ideal for creating a warm atmosphere on cooler evenings.

Arrival instructions:
Arrival in the apartment is done independently via a connected lock. The access code will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Practical equipment:
* The apartment has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for teleworking in complete serenity.
* Impeccable cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure
* A washer dryer is available on site and is accessible for the duration of your stay.
* Our guests will receive everything necessary for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, and toilet paper.
* A travel cot is provided on request, subject to availability.

Rules:
- For couples bookings, when one of the travelers is Moroccan and/or Muslim, proof of marriage may be requested, in accordance with Moroccan regulations in force.
- Access to the accommodations are reserved for guests registered at the time of booking.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Ashtrays are available in the garden.
- Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden and place them exclusively in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
- Please do not spread towels on the lawn in the garden.
