You will find 3 well-appointed bedrooms (2 Queen beds, 2 Twin Trundle Beds) to comfortably accommodate your group & 3 full bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone. There is a fully stocked with everything you need, including a combination 12-cup/Keurig coffee maker and a separate French press for the coffee aficionado. Relax in the inviting living room, gather for meals at the formal dining table, or utilize the dedicated workspace if you need to stay connected.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. Boat space on the dock is not reserved for renters. Seaglass is strictly non-smoking. Up to two Pets Allowed-Small Dogs Only-Up to 40lbs each with pet fee ($125 plus tax per pet). Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through a local property management company and has 24-hour on-call maintenance services.
