Discover this magnificent duplex penthouse in Haute-Nendaz of approximately 118 m², ideal for welcoming up to 7 people as a family or with friends.
This upscale vacation apartment offers an exceptional panoramic view of the Rhône valley and the Valais Alps and is an ideal starting point for skiing, hiking and mountain biking in the 4 Vallées domain.
Located in a quiet setting while remaining just a few minutes' walk from restaurants, bars and shops, the apartment benefits from a privileged location in Haute-Nendaz. A pedestrian path leads directly behind the residence and joins the Chemin de Praplan allowing access to many amenities more quickly on foot than by road.
On the first floor, you will find a pleasant living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi as well as a warm dining area with fireplace. The living room provides access to the large main balcony, ideal for sharing a meal while enjoying the panoramic view of the Rhône Valley and the Valais Alps.
The fully equipped open kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, Delizio coffee machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils necessary for your stay.
A shower room with sink and WC as well as a washing machine and dryer complete this floor.
On the lower floor, the sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm bed and access to a second private balcony dedicated to relaxation, a bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm beds as well as a third bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a 90 × 200 cm single loft bed (use from 6 years old, max. 80 kg, ceiling height 65 cm).
A second shower room with double sink and WC completes the sleeping area.
The apartment also has a private garage and integrated ski boot dryer. An additional private outdoor parking space is also provided free of charge.
A real asset for skiers: you benefit from two private ski lockers, heated, ventilated and secure for equipment for seven people, located only about 30 meters from the Tracouet cable car. Accessible 24/7, the two lockers (1 × 5 spaces and 1 × 2 spaces) allow you to store skis, boots, helmets and other equipment directly at the foot of the ski lifts.
In winter, Haute-Nendaz provides direct access to the vast 4 Vallées ski area connecting Nendaz, Siviez, Veysonnaz and Thyon, with a link towards Verbier. In summer, Echo 8 is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking in the Valais Alps.
