This charming country house is located very close to the small town of Pollença and offers a magnificent view of Mount Puig de Maria and the beautiful foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains.

The house is built in a traditional style and spans two floors
Upon entering the house, you’ll find yourself in the living/dining room, which features comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and a DVD player. From the living room, you can access covered terraces overlooking the garden with a swimming pool.
On the spacious terrace, our guests can enjoy their morning coffee and all other meals while taking in the view of the lush surrounding landscape.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The sleeping area includes a master bedroom and three twin bedrooms, which share two bathrooms. A third bathroom is located outdoors and features a toilet and shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is controlled by a timer to conserve energy.

The terraces and garden are among the most beautiful areas of the property.
The swimming pool is surrounded by lawns and many native trees and plants.
