The 1745 sqft apartment boasts an open plan living and dining area sets the tone: polished marble-effect flooring, sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains, a large and comfortable brown Natuzzi sofa, and a pair of plush swivel armchairs gathered around a glass coffee table. A large Smart TV paired with a Bose surround sound system anchors the seating zone, while a rustic wine-crate rack adds warmth against the otherwise cool, contemporary palette. The dining table seats four beneath a sculptural antler centrepiece.



Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with natural light and frame one of Palm Jumeirah's defining views: the marina channel, moored yachts, and both the Atlantis, The Palm and The Royal Atlantis hotels on the horizon. Its wide picture window shares the same view of Atlantis, The Palm and The Royal Atlantis, alongside the Palm's waterway and a neighboring tower's distinctive cupola, styled with pendant lighting and a classic upholstered chair.



Quality linens, pillows, ample clothing storage, and hangers are provided in both rooms.



Both ensuite bathrooms are finished with elegant Elie Saab wall tiling. The master features a freestanding bathtub, while the guest ensuite has a walk-in shower. Both come with a hair dryer and a full set of toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and towels. A separate guest powder room (WC and basin, no bath or shower) is also available for visitors. The kitchen is fitted with high-specification appliances throughout: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, alongside a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire property, with the exception of a locked storage room reserved for the owner's personal use.

Things to be aware of before you arrive:



The apartment is on the 13th floor — elevator access is available within the building.



This is a residential building; please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.



The pool and communal grounds are shared with other building residents.



Linens and towels are washed in accordance with local authority hygiene guidelines.



Maximum occupancy is 4 adults — please do not exceed the stated capacity.



A locked storage room is reserved for the owner and is not part of the guest stay.



WiFi and internet access are included at no extra charge.



Parking availability: please inquire before arrival if you are travelling by car.



This is a strictly non-smoking apartment — zero tolerance for smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur an AED 1,800 deep-cleaning fee.



Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification.
