Tucked on a quiet residential street just 2 minutes from Chocolate Lake and the Armdale Rotary, this cozy cabin-style semi-townhouse feels like home the moment you walk in — warm, spacious, and set up for a genuinely comfortable stay.
With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms across three levels, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 — a great fit for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants room to spread out while staying close to everything Halifax has to offer.

- **Upstairs:** three bedrooms sharing a full bathroom — a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with a twin bunk bed (kids love this one).
- **Main level:** bright, open living space, with a convenient half bath near the kitchen by the main entrance.
- **Lower level:** a fully walk-out basement with a gym area, a bedroom with two double beds, and its own full bathroom (toilet and shower in separate spaces) — a nice private retreat at the end of the day.
