Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lift the three things hardest to find in central Florence, together in one quiet renovated apartment.
Six minutes on foot to Michelangelo's David at the Accademia, eleven to the Duomo, nine to the station. Two double beds on separate levels, so two couples or a family of four each keep their own space.
Air conditioning in every room, fast Wi Fi, washing machine, espresso machine, hotel grade linen. Self check in, and a local team you can reach any time.
The whole apartment is yours: both levels, both bathrooms, the kitchen and the laundry. Nothing is shared, with us or with anyone else. CHECK IN Self check in with a keybox at the entrance, any time from 15:00. The day before you arrive we send the code, step by step directions and photos of the street door, so you can find it after dark. If you would rather be met in person, just say so there is no extra charge. EARLY ARRIVALS, LATE DEPARTURES When the calendar allows we keep your luggage in the apartment before check in and after check out. Ask and we'll tell you straight away. DURING YOUR STAY We are a local team, here in Florence. We answer messages at any hour and, if something needs fixing, we come the same day. We never enter the apartment without telling you first.

For short stays, you can leave waste inside; we ll handle it during cleaning. **QUIET HOURS** Residents live in the building. Please keep noise low from 10 pm to 8 am, especially on the mezzanine, which is open to the living area and carries sound. **SMOKING** No smoking indoors, at windows or on the landing.
San Marco is where Florence keeps its university, its botanical garden and Michelangelo's David. It is also one of the few corners of the centre where Florentines still do their shopping. Six minutes on foot is the Accademia. Five minutes further and you are inside the Mercato Centrale, where the city shops in the morning and eats upstairs at lunch. Around the apartment: a baker, a greengrocer, a few cafés with their regulars, and the Fortezza da Basso. Central without being touristy. The streets empty after dinner and you sleep. Everything else is within walking distance. The washing machine is here, yours for the whole stay. UPPER LEVEL A double bedroom with wardrobe and its own bathroom with shower. Next to it, the mezzanine with the second double bed: it is open to the room below and the ceiling is low. A bright, pleasant space, ideal for teenagers or for a couple travelling with friends or family. Less so if you need two bedrooms separated by a door.
