Summary:

A bright corner condo with the Pacific in view from every room, plus a rooftop palapa terrace that's one of the best sunset spots in Carrizalillo. Two queen bedrooms, a kitchen built for cooking, open living and dining, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There's a shared pool and grassy garden, and the rooftop is shared with just one other home. La Rinconada is 10 to 15 minutes on foot. A relaxed base for couples or a small family.



The Space:

This is the corner unit in a small building of six condos set into the cliffs above the Pacific, so every room has an ocean view and there's extra light and privacy.



Bedrooms: two bedrooms with queen beds. The main bedroom has an ocean view, a desk, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and its own bathroom. A crib is available.



Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with shampoo, body soap and shower gel.



Kitchen and living: a large open kitchen with island seating, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The living room has a big flat-screen TV with cable and opens onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean.



Outdoors: the six condos share a pool and a large grassy garden. The rooftop palapa terrace is shared with only one other home. There's also a hammock and a BBQ grill.



Extras: in-unit washer and dryer, iron, safe, mosquito nets, beach essentials and a laptop-friendly workspace. One covered parking space is included.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours, with full access to the shared pool, garden and rooftop terrace.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into the quiet end of Carrizalillo, right next to a popular local sunset spot. It's residential and peaceful, yet La Rinconada's restaurants, cafés and shops are 10 to 15 minutes on foot, and Playa Carrizalillo is 10 to 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Walking and taxis are the easiest ways around, and the walks nearby are mostly flat. If you rent a scooter or car, one covered parking space is included.

Other Things to Note:

This is a residential community, so we keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM.



No smoking anywhere on the property, and the shared pool is for registered guests only.



Please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard. Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times when outdoors.



All guests sign a short rental agreement before arrival; a secure link is sent ahead of your stay.



Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
