Enjoy quality time with your loved ones surrounded by nature while staying only 5 to 10 minutes away from everything. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a full size bed. It is suitable for up to 4 guests.
 
There are LED TVs in each bedroom with popular channels to enjoy your favorite shows. Outside, there is a small patio with a BBQ grill where you can enjoy the fresh air during breakfast or while watching the sunset.

The property is brand new and suitable for up to 5 guests. It has its own private entrance. There are LED TVs in each bedroom and one in the living room with popular channels. Outside, there is a small patio with a BBQ grill where you can enjoy the fresh air.

Free street side parking is available in front of the property. There is a walkway leading to the villa. The private entrance is secured with a Smart Lock.
 
The property includes a private pool and BBQ area.
 
Other Things to Note
 
Coming to Aruba and not going to the beach is like making dinner and not eating it. While enjoying your stay, we highly recommend visiting the beaches.

The grounds are shared with two other villa apartments.
 
Important Note
 
Please do not throw paper or any other items into the toilet, as this can easily clog the septic system. In Aruba, most properties use septic tanks instead of city sewer systems, and flushing anything other than toilet paper, or excessive amounts of toilet paper, can cause serious blockages.
 
If this occurs due to improper use, any repair costs will be charged to your stay.
