You step into an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining space that sets the tone for the whole condo — bright, spacious, and built for a group. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a personal blender, slow cooker, and air fryer alongside the everyday essentials, plus a combination pod/drip coffee maker stocked with locally roasted beans. Salt, pepper, and oil are on hand, and the bar-stool seating at the counter plus a dining table for six mean everyone eats together.

The living area is where the group will gather — a comfortable couch and armchairs with footrests face a gas fireplace and smart TV with cable, making this an easy spot to land after a day on the mountain. Step out to the private balcony for a ski hill view, with a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating for meals in the warmer months.

Past the dining table, a staircase leads up to the loft — extra sleeping space with a queen bed and a bunk (twin over double), plus a ceiling fan. All beds throughout the condo have brand-new mattresses.

Back on the main floor, a hallway leads past a closet with washer and dryer, then a full bathroom with a bathtub, hairdryer, fluffy towels, and locally made soaps. Across the hall is a second bedroom with a queen bed, a TV with streaming remote, and a small closet and dresser for storage. At the end of the hall, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV with cable, a closet, and an ensuite with a tub/shower combo.

Air conditioning keeps things comfortable throughout, with portable fans in both bedrooms, and carpet runs through the whole unit.

The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. As a Silver Rock guest, you'll also have access to the building's pool (open as early as 6am), hot tub, steam room, and small gym, plus underground parking and a ski locker (bring your own lock - or reach out and rent one from us). Please note, the communal areas at Silver Rock are all subject to closures at any time, sometimes without notice, due to various circumstances.
