Designed with large groups in mind, this expansive 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom home offers a smart, comfortable layout that balances shared spaces with plenty of privacy for everyone.
On the main level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a spacious dining area ideal for group meals, and two oversized living rooms that give guests room to spread out. This level also includes one bedroom, a full bathroom, two half bathrooms, and direct access to the backyard.
Head upstairs to discover 4 bedrooms, each paired with its own private full bathroom. The primary suite stands out with a relaxing jet tub.
The lower level rounds things out with 5 more bedrooms — one with a private ensuite, two connected by a convenient Jack & Jill bathroom, and an additional full bathroom in the hallway. This level works especially well for kids or extra guests.
With its thoughtful mix of communal and private spaces, this home is built to comfortably accommodate large families or groups.
Guests are welcome to enjoy full use of the home and backyard — including the heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, and all indoor living areas.

Unlike crowded public hiking areas, these trails are more secluded and quiet, making the property feel especially private and relaxing. You’ll also be close to lakes, marinas, golf courses, and just about 45 minutes from NYC.
Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $300 fee per pet.
The pool is open seasonally, generally from mid-May through early September depending on weather conditions.
A security deposit is required, with details shared after booking.
To help maintain a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours run from 8 PM to 8 AM.
If you'd like to use the fire pits, please bring your own firewood, as it is not provided. Similarly, propane for the grill is not supplied.
