Welcome to The Euclid House, a beautifully renovated and fully furnished Chicago residence offering the space, privacy, and comfort of an entire home. Designed for 32-night and longer stays, this spacious property is ideal for medical professionals, university visitors, corporate travelers, relocating families, insurance-displacement stays, and guests spending an extended period in Chicago.
The home features five furnished bedrooms, an additional lower-level bonus room, two full bathrooms and two half baths, multiple workspaces, central air, and a full-size washer and dryer. The bright main living room features a custom fireplace wall, recessed lighting, contemporary furnishings, and plenty of room to relax. A separate finished lower-level lounge provides additional space for entertainment, games, work, or simply spreading out during longer stays.
The beautifully updated kitchen includes quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and generous storage and preparation space. An adjoining dining room offers plenty of room for family meals, work sessions, or gathering together at the end of the day. Several bedrooms include dedicated desks, making the home especially comfortable for remote work, medical rotations, research, and academic assignments.
Enjoy the added convenience of a private backyard and free street parking, along with the comfort of living in a true residential home rather than a hotel or small furnished apartment.
Located in Chicago’s historic South Shore, The Euclid House provides convenient access to the University of Chicago, Hyde Park, Jackson Park Hospital, Obama Presidential Center, Jackson Park, South Shore Cultural Center, Jackson Park Golf Course, Rainbow Beach, the Lake Michigan lakefront, Lake Shore Drive, and downtown Chicago.
Whether you're in Chicago for a medical assignment, university program, corporate project, relocation, extended family visit, or temporary housing while your own home is being repaired, The Euclid House provides a comfortable home away from home with the room and flexibility to settle in rather than simply stay overnight.
32-night minimum. Multi-month stays are welcome. Corporate, hospital, university, relocation, and insurance housing arrangements are welcome.
