Located on the second floor, this brand-new two-bedroom home is bright, open, and beautifully furnished throughout. Soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, warm finishes, and thoughtful interior design create an elevated coastal feel while still being comfortable and inviting.

The living room is a true showstopper. Large La Cantina doors open completely to the deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. Relax inside with the doors open to the coastal air, or step outside to the expansive lounge with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and BBQ. It’s the perfect setting for afternoons in the sun, dinner on the grill, and beautiful San Diego evenings outside.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home and opens directly to the living area, keeping everyone connected whether you're cooking, dining, or relaxing.

The primary bedroom is a beautiful retreat featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and its own private deck with a tanning lounger—a quiet spot to soak up some San Diego sunshine.

The second bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, offering plenty of sleeping space while maintaining the home’s stylish, comfortable feel.

And then there’s the rooftop.

Head upstairs to your private rooftop retreat with ocean and bay views. Stretch out in the sun during the day, then gather around the fire pit dining table as evening arrives. Pour a cocktail, share dinner, and watch the sky change colors over the coast. It’s an incredible way to finish a day in San Diego.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, this home puts you just steps from beautiful Mission Bay and close to everything that makes coastal San Diego such a special destination.

Start the morning with a walk or jog along the waterfront, bike around the bay, play volleyball, enjoy a picnic on the grass, or spend the afternoon by the water. As evening arrives, head down to the bay for sunset before exploring Pacific Beach’s restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and local favorites.

Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are also nearby, giving you easy access to the ocean and some of San Diego’s most iconic stretches of coastline.



Getting Around:

This is a fantastic neighborhood to explore on foot or by bike, with Mission Bay, waterfront paths, restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, and everyday essentials nearby.

The home includes one designated parking space located at the back of the building, making it easy to explore more of San Diego by car. Mission Beach, La Jolla, Ocean Beach, Downtown, Little Italy, and San Diego International Airport are all within easy reach.

Whether your plans involve beach days, exploring San Diego, or simply spending the afternoon on your own rooftop, this location makes it easy to enjoy it all.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.

• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet - 2 dogs maximum.

• One designated parking space is included in the back of the building.

• Smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

• As part of our standard verification process, we do require that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

**Please note that the home is located on the second level and requires stairs to access. The private rooftop is located one level above the home and is also accessed by stairs.
