Direct beach access: the beach is reached directly from the villa. It is known for clear water and calm swimming, and guests can step from the villa and pool straight to the sea.

Private pool and hot tub: a private overflow seawater infinity pool with views over the sea, and a private outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi). Pool heating available on request – please let us know before arrival. Inside, the master suite has an indoor hydro-massage bathtub.

The space
The villa sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (3 bathrooms in total), a Smart TV, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the outdoor areas.

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a large Smart TV, a sound system, Wi-Fi and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea. Outside there is a BBQ area, outdoor dining and lounge spaces, sunbeds and landscaped Mediterranean gardens.

Good to know
A photovoltaic system provides part of the villa`s power. Included are a welcome basket with local products, linens and towels, bathroom amenities, pool and garden maintenance and complimentary bicycles. Grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, excursions, boat trips and massages can be arranged on request.

Meerum 4 sits inside the Thalasses Villas beachfront estate in Pigianos Kampos, a coastal area of the Rethymno region. Life here is slow and quiet, with gardens, the neighbouring villas of the estate and the open sea all around. The beach begins right at the villa, and its clear water and calm swimming make it easy to spend the whole day by the sea. The complimentary bicycles take you along the coast and to the nearby villages. Restaurants, other beaches and sights further away can be reached by car or transfer.

Free parking is available on the premises for guests arriving by car. Heraklion airport is approx. 70 km away and Heraklion port approx. 70 km. If you prefer not to drive, share your arrival details and we can arrange a private transfer from the airport, as well as rides to restaurants, beaches and sights during your stay.

Before you book:
- The infinity pool and the hot tub are private to the villa. There is also a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas. All pools on the estate use seawater.
- Quiet hours are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00. Please respect the neighbours and the peace of the area.
- Maximum 6 guests. Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
- No smoking inside the villa. Pets are not allowed.
- Weddings, celebrations and other events are possible only by prior written agreement with the host.
- Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
- A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law.
- The Climate Resilience Tax, where applicable under Greek law, is payable on arrival.
