Stay in the Frangista Beach community of Miramar Beach at Salty Blues, where guests enjoy private beach access just steps from the Gulf. Spend your days on the sugar-white sand, then gather around the fire pit in the evening. When you want something different, book a fishing trip or spend an afternoon at one of the area's zoos, museums, theme parks, or water parks, then come back to the house and swap stories about the day.



The Space:

Perfect for Multiple Families

Salty Blues is designed so larger groups can travel together without giving up their own space. A door between the first and second levels separates the home into two private areas, each with its own entrance, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room. Families can share meals and evenings by the fire pit, then retreat to their own space when it's time to relax.



The Space

Start out back, where the backyard has a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a grill with barbecue utensils for cookouts. Inside, Wi-Fi, a sound system, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and room-darkening shades are included throughout.



This home sleeps 12 guests across 4 private bedrooms, a bonus room, and two queen sleeper sofas.



First Floor

The first-floor kitchen has a dishwasher and a booth-style dining table for six. The living area has a large smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa.

Second Floor

The second-floor kitchen offers counter seating for two and a dining table for six. The living room has a sectional, a pop-up queen sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV for movie nights.

Parking

The driveway holds more than 5 vehicles and offers roughly 40 feet from the deck to the edge of the driveway, making it a great fit for guests traveling with a small motorhome or trailer. No street parking is allowed.



Things to Note



- Two washer/dryer sets are available for guest use.

- A portable crib is available.

- Long-term stays are allowed.

- Pet friendly: a maximum of 1 dog under 50 pounds is allowed. A flat pet fee of $150 is required in addition to your booking cost; please contact the Customer Care Team after booking to pay it. Dogs left unattended must be crated (please bring your own crate), and dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pets.

- This home has 3 external security cameras: two on the front face of the deck monitoring the driveway and one at the back of the home monitoring the backyard/sheds.



About Miramar Beach

Miramar Beach is known for miles of sugar-white sand, ideal for long walks, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. The gentle Gulf waves are perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, and snorkeling among the area's diverse marine life.



Some of Miramar Beach's favorite spots are just a short walk from the house. Stroll to The Whale's Tail for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with Gulf views right on the sand, or head a few blocks west to Pompano Joe's for casual beachside dining and a tiki bar. Pascalli Kitchen and Bad Ass Coffee are also nearby. Wine lovers can walk to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars, the tasting room for Chautauqua Winery, which offers free tastings of locally grown muscadine wines plus a gift shop. Scenic Gulf Drive's paved path also makes it easy to bike to even more restaurants and shops along the coast.



Off the beach, you'll find boutiques, art galleries, souvenir shops, and restaurants serving fresh seafood, coastal cuisine, and international flavors. As the day winds down, catch one of the area's famous sunsets, when the sky turns shades of orange, pink, and purple.
