You push open the white gate, the flowers overflow a little, and the noise of the centre already seems further away. However, one of the liveliest streets in Capbreton is a minute's walk away. This 1920s house has kept what we love about family homes: a personality, rooms where you can meet and a terrace where you can enjoy a meal.
Inside, the living room and the living room invite you to get together. The kitchen is separate and crosses to the dining room. Outside, two atmospheres respond to each other: a lounge area for the aperitif and, on the other side, a large table surrounded by flowers for meals that stretch. This one-storey house includes a master suite on the first floor and three other bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom is upstairs and the house has two separate toilets. A large storeroom allows you to store bicycles and surfboards without cluttering up the living rooms.

Four adults and four children form an ideal composition, within the limit of eight travelers in total. The four bedrooms have three 160 cm double beds and a 180 cm double bed: each family can check that this bed sharing suits them. The house is furnished and its bedding is new. A few books are available to those who like to take a reading break, alone or with their family.
