Close to trails for year-round enjoyment and easy access to both the town of Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte. Allows one dog for a fee and is fully equipped for families, on a quiet cul de sac.



The Space:

Step into the inviting foyer to discover a well-designed layout spanning three levels. The ground floor features two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a double, sharing a full bathroom. This level also includes convenient access to the large garage and a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer. The heart of the home is on the second floor, where you will find an expansive, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a half bathroom, and a comfortable living room featuring a TV and a cozy gas fireplace. This floor also hosts the primary suite, which includes a king bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the expansive south-facing deck to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking mountain views. A short half-flight of stairs leads to the fourth bedroom, which is furnished with two queen beds and has its own full bathroom. Ther kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware, small appliance, and utensils for your culinary needs.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage.

The Meridian Lake subdivision is located between the towns of Mt. Crested Butte and Crested Butte. Crested Butte Mountain Resort, where you can ski or ride the famous steeps we are known for, is only 5 minutes away while the historic mining town of Crested Butte is about a 7-minute drive.

One well behaved dog is allowed with an additional pet fee. Please add your pet at the time of booking.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoke will incur additional cleaning fees.

Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Children with their parent or guardian are always welcome.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

You will need to sign a separate rental policy. We are happy to provide upon request.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



Getting Around:

Meridian Lake is a subdivision off Washington Gulch Road. It’s a beautiful setting with national forest boundaries and ranches around you. A recreationalists dream, you are minutes from snowmobiling and Nordic skiing in the winter and swimming at Long Lake and the end of the coveted Snodgrass Trail in the summer. Only 8 minutes to the base area of the mountain and to the town of Crested Butte.



Other Things to Note:

You will need a car. You might prefer to have AWD or 4WD but it is not necessary in the summer. 4WD or AWD is necessary in winter months.
