Large oceanfront windows keep the view on full display from the living room. Watch the waves roll in without leaving the couch, keep an eye on the changing weather over the water, or catch the sun making its grand exit at the end of the day.



The fully stocked kitchen has the essentials covered for morning coffee, easy breakfasts, home-cooked dinners, and everything in between. Grab some local seafood, stock the fridge with vacation snacks, or keep things simple and spend less time cooking and more time staring out the windows.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool, and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
