Located on the top floor of the building, the attic can accommodate up to 3 people and offers a double bedroom, a comfortable armchair bed in the living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The real protagonist, however, is the outdoor space: a partly covered panoramic terrace , perfect for an unhurried breakfast, an aperitif at sunset or simply to enjoy the view. And with the included WiFi, you can even allow yourself a few hours of work... with a decidedly out-of-office view.
The location is one of its strengths: the center of Vico Equense is about 200 meters away , while the beach of Marina di Vico can be reached in about 10-12 minutes on foot (about 800 meters).
The Vico Equense train station is also easily accessible on foot, so you can explore the Sorrento Peninsula without necessarily using a car. Restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors and shops are all in the immediate vicinity: you can leave the house and experience the center comfortably on foot, leaving your car standing still.
Practical note: the apartment is located on the 4th floor. The condominium elevator goes up to the 3rd floor; for the last section it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs.
