Welcome to the Peabody Park Retreat, a charming three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home in one of Appleton's most peaceful, established neighborhoods. You're just minutes from Lawrence University, College Avenue and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.



Relax in the landscaped backyard around the fire pit, catch up on work in the dedicated office, or head out to explore downtown Appleton and the nearby Fox River trails. With easy access to Appleton International Airport, Oshkosh and Green Bay, it's a great home base for campus visits, PAC shows, Packers weekends and Fox Cities getaways.



The Space:

This charming two-story home pairs vintage character with plenty of room to spread out. It's a comfortable fit for families, couples, business travelers and anyone who wants a little extra space.



The main level is made for relaxing and spending time together. There's a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for family meals or morning coffee. A dedicated office with Wi-Fi makes it easy to keep up with work, and a half bathroom adds convenience. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a full bathroom give everyone a comfortable place to rest! A washer and dryer in the basement come in handy for longer stays.



Out back, the landscaped backyard has outdoor seating and a fire pit, a great spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay, including the driveway and backyard. The washer and dryer in the basement are available for you to use.



This is a self-check-in property, so you can come and go as you please. Your check-in instructions and personal entry code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in Appleton's quiet, established Peabody Park neighborhood, close to many of the area's favorite spots.



Lawrence University is about a mile away, which makes the home especially handy for campus visits, parents' weekends, graduations, games and performances. Downtown Appleton and College Avenue are just minutes away, with restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, shopping, Mile of Music venues and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.



City Park, Peabody Park and the Fox River are also close by for walks, trails and time outdoors.



Appleton International Airport: about 7 miles



Fox Cities Stadium: a short drive



Oshkosh and EAA: about 25 to 30 minutes



Green Bay and Lambeau Field: about 30 to 40 minutes



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the greater Fox Cities area, although several nearby destinations can be reached on foot. You can use Uber or Lyft anytime of day/night.



Lawrence University, neighborhood parks and portions of the Fox River area are within walking distance. Downtown Appleton, College Avenue and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center are only a short drive away.



The home also offers convenient access to major roads for trips throughout Northeast Wisconsin, including Oshkosh, Green Bay and the surrounding Fox Cities communities. Appleton International Airport is approximately 7 miles away.

Other Things to Note:

This is a two-story home. All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, and the washer and dryer are in the basement, so stairs are part of your stay.



As a character home, it has some of the charm and unique details that come with an older property, along with everything you'd expect from a professionally managed rental.



The home is in a residential neighborhood, so please be considerate of the neighbors, especially in the backyard and after 10:00 PM.



Please use the fire pit with care. Never leave a fire unattended, keep children supervised, and make sure the fire is completely out before going inside.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.
