Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant/Riley Park neighbourhood, this spacious 5-bedroom home gives families and groups plenty of room to stay together without feeling crowded. Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy the backyard and covered decks, or spread out between two separate living areas and a games room.
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. Upstairs, you’ll find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk room, along with an open living and dining area featuring comfortable couches, a sofa bed, TV, and large dining table. Downstairs offers even more space with a second living area and games room, plus another king bedroom and queen sleeping area.
The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a group dinner. A second kitchenette downstairs provides added convenience for larger groups. The main kitchen opens directly onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and swing.
