The home is one of two totally separate LEGAL suites. It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, it even has sound attenuation between the floors. The entrances are separate. You have no access the space downstairs and they have no access to your space.

We do supply a BBQ with propane tank. However we don’t supply propane. You may need refill the propane tank so be sure to allow time for this if you plan to BBQ.
