First floor
You enter through a large, welcoming entryway. To the right is a private area with a small hallway, a bathroom, and a spacious master bedroom overlooking the garden and fountain—ideal for couples with small children. A crib and high chair are available upon request.
High-speed 5G internet is available.
The open-plan living and dining area seats 8 people and features a fireplace, television, board games, books, and toys for children. Next to it is a fully equipped separate kitchen with a breakfast area (round table and four chairs). Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
From here, a door leads to the private gym, which includes another bathroom. The gym is equipped with a Concept 2 rowing machine, an exercise bike, weights, a bench press, and a full set of barbells and dumbbells.
First floor
Upstairs, you’ll find a second master bedroom with views of the large garden and the mountains, plus two additional double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has its own terrace, large closets, and comfortable beds.
Outdoor living
The house faces south, which means that even during the winter months, it’s warm and pleasant in front of the house during the day. The pool and patio face southwest, so you can enjoy the evening sun while dining outdoors and swimming. A night swim under the stars is truly magical.
Since the property is located in the countryside, the night sky is exceptionally clear. On a cloudless night, you can easily see the Milky Way, constellations, and planets.
Casa Avrelia combines comfort, space, and nature—perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Mallorca.

Upon request, we can arrange massages, yoga classes, a private chef, and other services.

This is a quiet zone for relaxation and peace. Parties are not allowed and are also illegal here. No smoking inside the property. Quiet hours are from 22:00-9:00.
