Welcome to Villa Marea: Privacy, Sport & Nature in Marrakech

Within a private residence with 24/7 security on the Ouarzazate road (km 7), Villa Marea is a 250 m² villa entirely on one level, set in the heart of 2,000 m² of private grounds. Just 20 minutes from the Medina and Jemaa el-Fna square, Gueliz and Hivernage, and 20-25 minutes from the airport, it offers the calm and privacy of a garden without being far from the city. A morning workout facing the trees, a few lengths in the 12 m pool, a soak in the jacuzzi at sunset: up to 8 guests can find their own rhythm here. With not a single step, the house is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Living Spaces
The living room opens onto the garden through large glass doors. Gather around the 70-inch Smart TV (Netflix and IPTV), then around the 8-seat travertine table for shared meals.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Each suite has its own private bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a Smart TV (Netflix and IPTV); a guest WC completes the layout. Bed linen and towels provided.
Complimentary baby kit: travel cot, stroller and high chair.

Pool & Garden
At the heart of the grounds, the 12 m pool (maximum depth 1.40 m) is lined with 6 sun loungers. On a wooden deck, the 4-seat jacuzzi invites you to unwind. A covered summer lounge with its own TV and an outdoor dining area for 6 with a barbecue make evenings outside last longer.
Heated pool on request (book at least 72h ahead, for the whole stay; pre-heating days are free): €40/day for 1–3 nights, €30/day for 4–6 nights, only €20/day from 7 nights.
Private jacuzzi on request (24–48h ahead so it can be heated): €25/day for 1–3 nights, €15/day for 4–6 nights, FREE from 7 nights.

Service & Dining
Cleaning is included 6 days a week. On request, our chef prepares your meals at the villa (groceries included); her menu is shown in the listing photos:
- Full brunch: €10 per adult
- À la carte lunch or dinner: €15 per adult
- Full board: €20 per adult per day
- Children: half price, free for children under 10

Staff hours: your housekeeper is there from 8 AM to 5 PM and breakfast is served from 9 AM. Sunday is her day off (no housekeeping or meals), unless there is a check-out and a check-in that day for the departure cleaning — her day off then moves to Monday.

Important Details & House Rules
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, a passport copy for every adult guest must be sent to us at least 24h before arrival.
Visitors: only guests registered on the booking may access the villa. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing at least 24h in advance, with ID; otherwise, visits are not allowed.
Parties & events: strictly forbidden, unless expressly approved in writing by the host.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbours.
Pets welcome. A refundable pet deposit of €300 is requested when you travel with a pet.
Strictly non-smoking indoors: cigarettes, vapes and shisha are allowed outdoors only. Any breach will be sanctioned and the cleaning costs charged to the guest.
Smoke detectors: the villa is fitted with sensitive detectors; please keep this in mind when cooking and never smoke indoors.
Linen: any towel stained or damaged (sun cream, cosmetics) will be charged €15.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours exclusively: living room, kitchen, laundry room, 4 suites with private bathrooms, gym, summer lounge, and the 2,000 m² private grounds with pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong, football goals and trampoline. Staff-only areas: the pool technical room and the housekeeper's quarters.

Other Things to Note
Formalities: in line with Moroccan law, passport copies of all adult guests must be provided at least 24h before arrival. For each booking, you will be asked to confirm the identity of all guests and to sign a rental agreement electronically.
Capacity: 8 guests maximum. Only guests registered on the booking may access the property. Any outside visitor must be approved in writing 24h in advance, with ID.
Tap water is not drinkable.
As the property is located in a hot climate, small insects (mosquitoes, ants, etc.) may occasionally appear despite regular treatments and maintenance. Our team is always available to help.
