It's the downstairs of a quiet duplex. A local family lives upstairs. Your own entrance, parking available.
Walk to Sitka High, Moller Fields, the trails, the bus stop, the grocery store, and the harbors. Downtown is a 3 minute drive.
Inside: full kitchen, separate dining area, living room, fast Wi-Fi, a small desk, and a washer and dryer.
Sleeps 4: queen bed, plus a folding mattress for two in the living room.
Good for parent visits, teams and coaches, contract work, traveling medical staff, and families in town for appointments. Weekly and monthly stays available.
In late summer, the front yard fills with wild blueberries. Help yourself.
