Welcome to our cozy basement studio, perfect for a relaxing stay 😊 This is a private space, with people living upstairs and a tenant using the side entrance, so we kindly ask that noise is kept low. You may hear light footsteps from children above. Located in Clarkson, you’re close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment like iFLY, Cineplex, and Dave & Buster’s. The lake is just an 8 minute drive away for beautiful views and peaceful walks. One parking space available.
