This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Windsor at Westside spreads 2,263 square feet over two floors, with space for 10 guests and enough separation for the adults to stay up while the children wind down. Two of the bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms, and a half bathroom opens onto the pool deck, so nobody crosses the house dripping wet after a swim. Downstairs, the living room, dining table and kitchen island share one open space, which is where the group lands when everyone gets back from the parks. Upstairs, the two children's rooms carry themes the kids recognize before they drop their backpacks, one Mickey and Minnie and one Avengers, and a separate Star Wars family room gives the older ones their own screen. A washer and dryer inside the house means you pack lighter and fly home with clean clothes.

Windsor at Westside is a gated community built around a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse. The zero-entry resort pool has a water slide and a children's splash area, with a lazy river and jacuzzi alongside it. The house is at 2014 Majorca Dr, inside Windsor at Westside, a gated resort community in Kissimmee with 24-hour controlled access and a family atmosphere. Walt Disney World is 10 to 14 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 25 to 32 minutes and Orlando International Airport 30 to 38 minutes. A Walmart for groceries and essentials is 5 to 10 minutes away, and Vineland Premium Outlets are 12 to 18 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets line the roads just outside the gate.
Windsor at Westside sits beside State Road 429, the toll road that runs straight to the Disney parks and connects to I-4 for Universal, SeaWorld and the airport. The townhome has a private garage plus a paver driveway, and parking on site is free. A car is the practical way to move around Kissimmee, and rideshare works well for park days when nobody wants to deal with parking.
