There is no parking in our building, but if you come by car, there is a very convenient paid parking lot in the building across the street, open from 6 AM to 10 PM.

The Neighborhood:

Vila Madalena is a very lively neighborhood in São Paulo, with many bars and restaurants and home to the city's bohemian nightlife. Most of them are concentrated about 5 minutes away by Uber or taxi, around Fidalga, Purpurina, Aspicuelta, Harmonia and Wisard streets.



Getting Around:

150m from Vila Madalena Metro Station (Line 2 Green), which reaches Paulista Avenue in 3 stops. The station also has a bus terminal, and there is a paid parking lot, operated by AutoVagas, in the building across from ours.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT:

Cleaning cancellations made after 8 AM on the scheduled day disrupt the team's planning and cause them a loss of income, so they will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee. The amount will be requested through the platform's resolution center.



We have other studios in the same building.



There may be construction noise from neighboring buildings during working hours.
