Located in the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake, our beautifully furnished, south-facing home offers over 2,000 square feet of comfortable living space in one of the community's most desirable locations. Situated on the Meadow Level, you're just a short walk from the sandy beach, marina, clubhouse, fitness centre, two pools, two hot tubs and pickleball court; close enough to enjoy everything the resort has to offer while still having your own peaceful place to unwind.
The bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home, making it easy to gather for family meals, games or a relaxing evening together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you're preparing breakfast before a day at the lake or hosting dinner after exploring the South Okanagan. A spacious screened sunroom and private patio provide even more space to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or simply relax after a day in the sunshine.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with five bedrooms and six queen beds. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main floor and features a private ensuite and direct access to the sunroom. A second bedroom is also located on the main level, while three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs provide plenty of room for larger families or groups.
For your comfort, the cottage includes geothermal heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and all linens and bath towels.
