Fall afternoons in New Orleans carry a particular energy - the heat softens, festivals fill the calendar, and the city pulls you out into the streets. This three-bedroom house in the Leonidas neighborhood puts you in the heart of Uptown, close to Oak Street's restaurants and live music, the St. Charles streetcar, and the Riverbend, with a well-stocked, comfortable home to return to at the end of a full day.

Living space
Inside, the home stays bright through the day, with ceiling fans and air conditioning keeping the interior comfortable whatever the weather brings. Up to six guests can spread out, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi is there for anyone who needs to stay connected during the trip.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate six guests: a king bed in one room, and a queen bed in each of the other two. Every bedroom comes with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage, making it easy to unpack and settle in from the moment you arrive.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen handles everything from a quick morning coffee to a full group dinner. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, alongside a coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper included. Dishes and silverware are provided, and the dining table is a natural gathering spot for the group.

Outdoor
The private patio gives you an outdoor space to slow down and breathe. In the fall, cooler evenings make it a particularly good spot - sit with a coffee in the morning before heading out, or wind down there at the end of the day.
