Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this spacious pet-friendly villa in Queen’s Grant offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and resort-style fun in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 8 guests, this two-story retreat puts your family within easy walking distance of the beach, championship golf, pickleball, and tennis while offering a community pool just steps from your private back porch.
The open-concept main level creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather, with comfortable living and dining areas that flow easily throughout the home. The primary suite is conveniently located downstairs and features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the back porch. An in-unit washer and dryer adds extra convenience, especially after long beach days or afternoons by the pool.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide plenty of room for family and friends. Each bedroom features one queen bed and one twin bed, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements, and the rooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. With sleeping spaces spread across both levels, everyone can enjoy time together while still having room to unwind at the end of the day.
One of the villa’s best features is waiting right outside. Step onto the back porch, where lush palms create a sense of privacy and a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the shade. When you're ready for a swim, the community pool is only about 10 steps away, making it incredibly easy to go from your porch to poolside without sacrificing the secluded feel of your outdoor space.
Beyond the villa, the best of Palmetto Dunes is within easy reach. Walk to the beach for a day on the sand, tee off on one of the resort’s renowned golf courses, or head out for a game of tennis or pickleball.
