The lower level offers a queen bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. An adjoining room includes a twin trundle bed, with a pack ’n play available upon request.

An additional bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on this level.

The lower-level family room provides comfortable seating, a rocking chair, Smart TV, and a closet stocked with games—perfect for family game nights, rainy afternoons, or relaxing after a full day on the lake.

You'll also find a convenient lower-level snack bar equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Nearby is a full-size washer and dryer along with a deep utility sink, making extended stays and lake days even easier.

Main Level

The main level features another comfortable queen bedroom with a Smart TV and private bathroom with shower.

The property's private dock and boathouse make enjoying Lake Anna even easier. Guests bringing their own boat are welcome to bring bumpers and tie up directly at the dock.

With a signed release, guests may also enjoy the property's kayaks. Life jackets are available, although proper fit is required for use.
