The apartment is a brand-new apartment with a stylish and cosy interior, located in a peaceful area, with sea views and just a short distance from the beach. Situated in beautiful Torre del Mar, only 25 minutes from Málaga. Enjoy all the comfort and amenities provided. A cosy and atmospheric holiday apartment, equipped with all the comfort and luxury you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The apartment has a private terrace with views of the sea and swimming pool. There is a comfortable living room and an open-plan kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you would expect from a modern kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot can be provided for babies up to 2 years old.
A second bathroom is available for stays with 3 or more guests.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning (heating/cooling) are available.
Bed linen, towels, pool/beach towels and sun loungers by the pool are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
There is a Mercadona nearby (10 minutes’ walk).
A car is not necessary during your stay.
Guest access
In addition to the apartment, you can make use of the swimming pool and playground.
For longer-term rentals (> 1 month), there is the possibility of using the underground parking.

Food is not permitted in the swimming pool area or in the playground.
No parties, events or excessive noise.
Please respect the peace and quiet of the other residents, particularly between 15:30 and 17:00.
