À propos de cette location de vacances
Relax in a comfortable coastal 2BR condo on a quiet Bradenton canal, just a short drive from Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the shared waterfront area, fish by the canal, watch for the manatees that frequently visit, or simply unwind outside.
Inside, you’ll find an updated living space, full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a shared balcony, and a partial canal view from the living area. Two shared kayaks are also available for guests who want to get out on the water.
The space
Each bedroom has one queen bed. The living room couch can sleep one person.
Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire condo, along with access to the shared balcony and the property’s shared outdoor and waterfront areas.
Two shared kayaks are available for guest use, with paddles and life jackets provided.
Other things to note
Manatees are frequent visitors to this quiet end of the canal. Sightings are never guaranteed, but guests often spot them behind the property.
Shared kayaks are available for guest use. Kayak use is limited to registered guests age 18+ and is subject to the safety rules in the guest guide.
