Welcome to The Restful Rose, our much-loved family holiday home at Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park.

This is a caravan we use ourselves as a family, so we've equipped it to offer a comfortable home-from-home experience. Whether you're planning a family holiday, a relaxing break or visiting for one of Goodwood's famous events, The Restful Rose is a great base for exploring Sussex and the surrounding area.

The caravan is located in a quieter area of the park, approximately a 6–8 minute walk from the entertainment complex, bar and restaurant, and around a 2-minute walk from the nearest fishing lake. Please note that the caravan does not overlook the lake.

There is a parking bay directly outside the caravan. The Restful Rose is a pet-free property.

🏡 The accommodation

The Restful Rose sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:

🚽 Separate cloakroom

All three bedrooms have storage, and bedding is provided and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Hand towels and bath mats are provided. Please bring your own bath towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Gas hob and oven
Full-size fridge and freezer

Kettle
Coffee machine, with a small number of pods provided
Cooking equipment, pans and utensils

You'll also find a few basics to get you started, including salt, pepper and cooking oil, along with tea, coffee and sugar.

The Restful Rose is located at Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park, a Park Holidays resort set within Sussex countryside.

The park has 10 fishing lakes, with the nearest lake approximately a two-minute walk from the caravan.

❄️ Winter stays

Please note that from approximately November to early March, the swimming pool and entertainment are not available.

The bar and restaurant operate on reduced opening hours during this period. However, there are still plenty of local restaurants, attractions and things to do in the surrounding area.
