Your spacious villa in the Birch building features one bedroom with two queen beds and private bathroom, a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa, and a full modern kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to enjoy a nice meal at home. Guests enjoy complete access to all resort amenities including free parking on-site, ski storage lockers, laundry room, heated indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center with locker room and sauna/steam, and game rooms for both adults and kids.

This rental is a confirmed reservation at a premiere Marriott Vacation Club property. You will have full access to all resort amenities and privileges and have no obligation to make any additional purchases or attend any presentations. Marriott check-in starts at 4:00pm with check-out by 10:00am, but guests can enjoy access to all resort amenities on check-in day before your room is ready and on check-out day after you vacate your room.

To complete your purchase, you will need to provide the guest name, email address, and phone number for the reservation with Marriott. Once we receive this information, we will work with Marriott to transfer the confirmed reservation to the person you designate. Marriott can take up to 5 business days to complete this transfer. After this transfer, you will receive an email with a confirmed reservation number and a phone number to confirm this reservation directly with Marriott. Marriott will require a photo ID from the confirmed guest and a valid credit card for any incidentals at check-in.
