The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Graye-sur-Mer, just 1 km from the beach. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

The property comprises:
On the ground floor:
– A 30 m² living room with sofas, a TV, a dining area and a large open-plan kitchen equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
– A separate toilet.
On the first floor:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a pull-out bed with a single mattress (90×190, drawer) and a cot section
– A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190) and a loft bed (90×190).
– A bathroom with a shower, a bath and a toilet.
On the second floor:
– A bedroom with two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200).
Outside:
– A private, south-facing terrace with furniture and a 60 m² courtyard.
– An enclosed, private south-facing garden of 500 m².
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, fan, ironing board and iron.
