Welcome to our summer paradise in Vilshärad—900 meters from the sea, near Tylösand and Halmstad!

Enjoy the west coast in a well-equipped family villa with a private heated pool, sauna, and plenty of space for both socializing and relaxation. The house is perfect for one or two families who want to vacation together.

THE HOUSE
The heart of the house is the 30+ m² glass-enclosed sunroom with a large dining table that seats 10 people. The sliding doors open onto the sun deck and the new heated pool (2025, 7.5 × 3.4 m with steps and a bench, open May–September). The patios enjoy afternoon and evening sun, and the garden is secluded and fully fenced—perfect for long summer evenings.

The main house is a single-story, open-concept space connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 6 + 4 BEDS
Main house: three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds (6 beds).
Pool House: a separate, detached guest house by the pool with one room featuring a double bed and a bunk bed (4 beds). Best suited for children and teenagers who want to stay together, or for a family with children.
Bedding is included.

BATHROOM
Fully tiled bathroom with a shower and heated floors, as well as a separate guest restroom in the main house. A detached building houses a sauna, shower, and laundry room with a washer and dryer.

OUTDOORS AND OTHER AMENITIES
Outdoor kitchen with grill, several patios, a hammock, and bicycles available to borrow. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast, Sonos, air-source heat pump, and electric car charging station (electricity for charging is paid separately). Parking for two cars in the driveway.

EXPLORE THE AREA
Cycle to the long sandy beaches in Vilshärad and Frösakull, play padel and enjoy an after-beach gathering by the water, or play a round at the Haverdals or Ringenäs golf courses—both within 2 km. Tylösand, with its famous beach and Halmstad Golf Club, is 8 km away, and Halmstad offers shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In Vilshärad, you’ll find a grocery store, an ice cream parlor, a pizzeria, and a mini-golf course. Larger grocery stores are located in Frösakull or Gullbrandstorp. The Flygstaden shopping center is about a 10-minute drive away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Self-check-in with a code lock—you’ll receive the code before arrival. Check-in starts at 1:00 p.m., check-out is by 12:00 p.m. We’re available by phone and have a contact person in Halmstad if you need anything during your stay. The fireplace in the sunroom may not be used. We rent to families and individuals over the age of 25. Pets are not allowed. We have a Labradoodle in the house—please keep this in mind if anyone in your party has allergies. There are two outdoor security cameras. They are turned off when we have guests, and there is a cover to place over the camera. No smoking and no parties.
