The space
Furnished flat with living room, 3 bedrooms, hotel kitchen and balconies with side sea view. The flat has everything you need for your stay. The living room with soft furniture and TV is combined with a dining area with a large table that can be used for work. All bedrooms have beds with comfortable mattresses for a comfortable sleep, wardrobes for clothes and changeable bed linen. All rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has everything you need: furniture, cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and washing machine.

Favourable territory. Own sandy beach with a comfortable entrance to the sea and a recreation area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Clean small swimming pool with children's area. Lifts in all entrances. Round-the-clock security of the complex. Nearby is a free car park. In the area there are grocery and hardware shops, supermarket Bestway, vegetable shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants with different cuisine. Some markets have a delivery service.

Other things to note
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat, but is allowed on your balcony. There is a washing machine in the flat, but you can order laundry washing and ironing at the laundry service (for an extra fee).
