THE PROPERTY:
Escape to Ridge View is a Brian Head cabin for up to 14 guests with 180-degree panoramic mountain views of the Navajo landscape and direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Paradise Ski Run.

GARAGE / BUNKHOUSE LEVEL:
Enter on the garage level with a two-car garage and a bunkhouse room with ensuite full bath. This area of the cabin provides a flat driveway with parking for 4-6 vehicles and a two-car garage on flat, level ground. The garage boasts a ski/snowboard rack for 13 sets of skis/snowboards, a gear storage area, a foosball table, and a heater to warm the space and dry out gear for the next day's adventure. The Bunkhouse offers a bunk bed (twin over full with a twin trundle bed), two single sofa beds, a twin floor mattress, a full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination, and ample closet space. The slider door provides direct access to the lower patio deck with amazing down canyon views and a pathway to the Paradise Ski Run.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING SPACE:
The second floor has a well stocked kitchen with ample dish ware and cooking utensils, a Kuerig K-Duo coffee station, dining space for 16 and a living room area with comfy couches, a large smart TV for use with your favorite streaming applications. The primary suite is located on this floor with a king size bed. smart TV, and fireplace with ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub with separate shower. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience, and a separate half bath with sink, toilet, ample storage space and a well-stocked first-aid kit.

THIRD FLOOR LIVING SPACE:
On the third floor level are two bedrooms with a shared full bath and a loft with sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a twin size floor mattress, a crib, a smart TV, and ample closet space. Bedroom 3 possesses two queen size beds with a fireplace and smart TV. These two rooms share a jack & jill bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. As an additional sleeping space, there is a loft on the third floor with a full size sofa bed and a kitchenette.

THE EXPERIENCE:
Enjoy the decks, fireplaces and space to gather across three floors. The decks on multiple levels offer unobstructed panoramic views of Giant Steps, the Navajo Ski Area and down canyon for nearly 100 miles. The smoker on the upper deck is great for grilling burgers, steaks, and hot dogs. It is available during the warmer months when snow is not present at the cabin. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the upper and lower decks all year long.
