The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed for a restful night, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 comfortable single beds, ideal for children or additional guests. There are two full bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience. Guests also have access to premium building amenities, including a refreshing communal swimming pool, a well equipped gym, and a dedicated coworking area with high speed internet. The apartment also includes free parking for one vehicle. Features include air conditioning, a coffee maker, iron, and TV.



Guest Access:

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. The apartment offers 100% self check-in, allowing you to arrive at the time that best suits your schedule.

On the morning of your arrival, we will send you the access instructions via messaging. Please feel free to let us know in advance if you have any requests or special needs prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida de las Américas in the Country Club neighborhood, the apartment is situated in a safe, modern area with excellent connectivity. The neighborhood is close to the Financial District and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. Parks and recreational areas are also just minutes away, making it an ideal setting for both business and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Avenida de las Américas is one of the city’s main thoroughfares, making it easy to get around Guadalajara. From the apartment, guests can conveniently travel by car to different parts of the city or use ride-hailing services. The area also provides quick access to major avenues, allowing fast connections to commercial, corporate, and recreational zones. Additionally, nearby public transportation options make getting around the city even more convenient.



Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. (Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property).



For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay. The cost of the service is $550 MXN per visit, which includes towel replacement, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
