Welcome to Rocky Top Retreat, your beautiful mountain home in the heart of Maggie Valley. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths in over 3600 sq ft of curated living space, this home comfortably accommodates 5 couples or up to 15 people with adults and children but still feels plenty spacious enough to spread out. Keep your group occupied playing pool, competing on the foosball table, soaking in the outdoor hot tub, or simply enjoying the picturesque views from the rocking chairs on the deck.

Set in the heart of Maggie Valley with easy paved access, Rocky Top Retreat is the perfect home base for your Great Smoky Mountain escape. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Soco Falls, Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Tube World and the Cataloochee Ski Area are just moments away. Harrah’s Casino, Cherokee, the Polar Express as well as the Biltmore Estate are just a short drive away.

CABIN LAYOUT:

The first floor of the cabin has a step free entrance as well as access to the garage. Inside you’ll find a spacious game room, a guest room with a king bed, a bunk room, as well as a full bath. Outside on this level, guests can soak in the hot tub, roast marshmallows at the fire pit and enjoy the views mountain air.

The second floor or main level of the cabin included the expansive great room with gas fireplace, beautiful furnishings, and a wide open floor plan so our guests can relax and make memories together. The fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining area all flow into the living area so large groups can spread out and enjoy cooking, dining and relaxing together. The bedrooms on this floor are split on either side of the great room. The master suite with its king bed, TV, seating area and full bath are on one side. Across the living space you’ll find two more wonderful guest rooms, another full bath, and a laundry area. Outside the second floor, an expansive deck makes the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine as you enjoy the gorgeous pasture and Mountain View’s.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and property during their stay, including the garage.

Garage can accommodate one standard size vehicle and/or multiple motorcycles. There is additional parking in the driveway for 4-5 vehicles.

Guests will need a car to best enjoy the area and the many area attractions. Uber and shuttle services are limited in the area.
We love pets, but due to the owner’s allergies they are not allowed at Rocky Top Retreat. There is a $500 non refundable fee for any unauthorized pets. The fee is per pet.
