THE ROOFTOP
Two decks with skyline views: a lounge with the private hot tub (heated year-round, seats 5), outdoor seating and Putterball (a putting game played like pong — sink your putts in the other team's cups), plus an outdoor dining table. Reached by a spiral staircase.

THE BEDROOMS (sleeps 10, each with its own bathroom)
- The Headliner Suite (king, sleeps 2): a floor-to-ceiling hand-painted floral mural, plus an ensuite with a walk-in tiled shower and double vanity.
- The Dressing Room (2 queens, sleeps 4): warm savanna tones, a slatted accent wall, and a lighted makeup vanity. Ensuite tub and shower.
- The Understudy Room (queen-over-queen bunk, sleeps 4): two full-size queen beds stacked in a gray bunk against deep navy walls, cozy, and a favorite for groups. Ensuite tub and shower.

THE GREEN ROOM (living room & karaoke)
Your stage for the night: a leather Chesterfield sofa, a music mural, a smart TV, and karaoke with two wireless mics — pick any song in the karaoke app. Mics down by 11 PM quiet hours.

THE KITCHEN
A quartz island with seating, full-size appliances and a Keurig coffee bar.

THE PRACTICAL STUFF
Parking for 3: two cars in the attached garage plus one spot right beside the home. Washer and dryer, a desk for working, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Early bag drop: with our approval, you can leave bags in the garage before 3 PM — just message us to arrange.

The whole home is yours: all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen and living room, the laundry, the rooftop decks with the private hot tub, and the attached two-car garage. Entry is keyless through the garage or the front door. There's also a spot right beside the home, and extra cars can use the 10-space shared lot; our neighbors share it and the walkways too, so please keep voices low outside.

Check-in is fully self-service, so you won't need to meet us. We're local and just a message away through the app for anything you need during your stay, and we usually reply quickly. Otherwise, we'll give you your space to enjoy Nashville.

Off Broadway sits in North Nashville just across the Cumberland River from downtown, on a quiet residential street off Clarksville Pike. You get skyline views from the rooftop without the Broadway noise at bedtime. Germantown's restaurants and the Nashville Farmers' Market are a short drive, and Broadway, the Ryman and the arena are about 12–15 minutes away. A gas station and Walgreens are nearby for snacks, drinks and anything you forgot.

A car or rideshare is the way to go: Broadway is about a 12–15 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride, and rideshares can pick you up at the front door. Park in the attached 2-car garage or the spot right beside the home; extra cars can use the 10-space shared lot. The home isn't within walking distance of downtown.

- This is a vertical home: three levels plus the rooftop, connected by indoor stairs without gates, with an outdoor spiral staircase up to the rooftop and hot tub. There's no step-free entry; all bedrooms and the rooftop are reached by stairs. It's best suited to adult groups. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times on the stairs, on the rooftop and in the hot tub.
