Enjoy cooking in the delightfully renovated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and elegant wood cabinets. Step out onto the private deck to take in stunning mountain views. The full bathroom is located in the main hallway and features an updated single vanity sink and a tiled tub and shower combination. Please note that air conditioning is not available.

Granby is a quieter mountain base near Granby Ranch, positioned for both Winter Park skiing and Grand Lake days. Granby Ranch Resort is just 0.6 miles away for year round activities and during ski season the Kicking Horse chairlift is accessible from the parking lot. Downtown Granby is 4.8 miles away for shops and dining. The complex offers a common area patio with outdoor furniture, an outdoor hot tub, a BBQ area, and paid laundry facilities. Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on a public transit route, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are recommended during heavy snowfall.
