- 8 minutes to Western University, great for campus visits, move-in weekends and graduations
- 8 minutes to University Hospital (LHSC), handy for visiting family or medical stays

- A short drive to Masonville Place, Springbank Park, Storybook Gardens and downtown London
- Pickleball court, basketball court, splashpad, tennis court, all 4-min walk away from the home
