We are excited to host you! Please help us maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

* Maximum occupancy is 14 registered overnight guests.
* No unauthorized parties, events, or additional visitors without prior approval.
*NO PETS ALLOWED! NOT EVEN SERVICE ANIMALS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES OF THE OWNERS CHILDREN.
* Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during designated quiet hours.
* No smoking or vaping inside the home.
* Children must be supervised around the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and swing set.
* No glass containers in the pool or hot tub areas.
* No diving, running, or rough play around the pool.
* Please follow posted hot tub instructions and safety guidelines.
* Do not move indoor furniture or entertainment equipment.
* Please report accidental damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
* Use the fire pit responsibly and fully extinguish fires after use.
* Please leave the property in reasonable condition and follow the provided checkout instructions.

You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

HOUSE RULES

NO PETS! If any pets are brought to the home there will be a $500 fine/per night and possible eviction. This is not a pet friendly home due to severe allergies of the owners family.

No smoking or Vaping (of anything) inside the home. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.

We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.

Must book for the total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.

Ring cameras on the exterior of the property. These do record when it captures motion. Blocking of camera will lead to eviction and $1000 fine. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.

Do not cover Ring Cameras, this will lead to an eviction and forfeiture of security deposit.

Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

We may require a security deposit, rental agreement and/or a picture of a Government ID.

Guest accept the risks that come with using bunk beds/ladders.

Guest understands the responsibility of being near water.

All children MUST be supervised when in the backyard/near the water/pool/hot tub.

Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
