The space
We did this one in greens and blues. A sage bedroom that catches the morning, a deep navy alcove with a velvet headboard, and a forest-green sofa (yes it is the viral TikTok couch with six different configurations. Perfect for kids!) you'll struggle to get up from.

A king bed against a soft sage wall, with a window that looks into the treetops. Arched mirror, wall-mounted TV, reading lamps either side.

🌊 THE ALCOVE
A queen bed in a deep navy room with a blue velvet headboard and its own closet. Closed off by full-height curtains rather than a door — we'd rather say so now. It's a beautiful room, but it isn't
a second private bedroom.

🛋️ THE LIVING ROOM
A forest-green sofa that opens into a real bed for two more, a large TV, and windows full of leaves.

🍳 THE KITCHEN
Full-size range, oven and dishwasher against a dark marble backsplash. Coffee's on us.

🛁 THE BATHROOM
One full bath — concrete-look tile, matte black fixtures, and a deep soaking tub.

🧺 Washer/dryer in the unit, fast Wi-Fi, and central air.

Guest access
The whole apartment is yours — no shared doors, no host wandering through.

🅿️ YOUR PARKING SPACE
One covered garage spot, included. No circling the block at 10pm, no meters, no scraping ice off the windshield in February.

🧖 SAUNA, GYM & YOGA STUDIO
All downstairs, all included, no booking window and no time limit. After a long day of walking Yale's campus, the sauna is the best thing in this building.

🔑 GETTING IN
Self check-in with a smart lock. Elevator to the second floor, secure lobby, and a package room if you've shipped something ahead.

🚲 Bike storage if you brought one.

BRINGING MORE PEOPLE?
We host a second apartment downstairs in this same building. Book both and you've got two kitchens, two baths, and room for twelve. Lovely for two families travelling together, or a wedding party who'd rather not be scattered across town.

A few honest things, so nothing surprises you:

🌊 THE ALCOVE
The queen is behind curtains, open to the living room rather than a separate bedroom. It has its own closet and it's a lovely room — but if you need two fully private bedrooms, this isn't your place, and we'd rather tell you now.

🛁 ONE BATHROOM
One full bath for the apartment.

🌙 QUIET HOURS 10PM–8AM
People live here year-round, and they're lovely. Please carry it gently in the halls. No parties or events — that one we can't bend on.

🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.

☕ We leave you coffee, tea, cooking supplies and the basics to get started.

🚉 GETTING AROUND
State Street Station is 3 minutes on foot — Shore Line East, Hartford Line, Amtrak, and peak Metro-North. Union Station is 6 by car, Tweed about 15.
