This fully furnished one-bedroom apartment is nothing short of spectacular, featuring a chic loft vibe that's both stylish and inviting. The spacious master suite boasts a queen-sized bed, work desk area, reading area, and two large windows, providing a comfortable and inviting space to relax and unwind. This unit is perfect for two people, but we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third!
The Space:
The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with plenty of natural light streaming in through the windows. The room is elegantly furnished, with comfortable seating and a 50” HD TV with Fire Stick. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it perfect for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a meal with friends. The fully accessorized kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare and cook your favorite meals.
Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

The electric Lower East Side is where gritty alleys and tenement-style buildings mix with upscale apartments and chic boutiques. Nighttime draws hip, young crowds to the area's trendy bars, music venues and restaurants. The neighborhood's heritage lives on through the streets of the Lower East Side Museum, stores, as well as traditional delis such as Katz's and Russ & Daughters and much more!
